New Point System Addendum:
Team must weigh in to place.
Any team with no fish will receive 5 points less than the last place team.
Example: Last place earns 20 points. No fish will earn 15 points.
Any team which pays for tournament and does not fish or leaves early will earn 5 points less than the last place team.
